高职产教融合共同体的现实困境、构成要素及实现路径研究

Abstract
The community of integration of production and education is an innovative move to deepen the reform of vocational education.In view of the current policy difficulties,institutional difficulties,institutional difficulties,cultural difficulties and other practical difficulties faced by the current industry-education integration community,this study uses a multi-case study method based on the grounded theory,and finds that the construction of the industry-education integration community needs to be based on the determination of goals and a clear organizational structure.It assists the implementation of the industry-education integration community through six core operating mechanisms and four guarantee methods.Based on the above conclusions,a community model of industry-education integration is constructed based on the symbiosis,co-construction and sharing of school-enterprise dual subjects,jointly supported by the government,industry,and scientific research institutions,and the four-dimensional embedding of"industry,learning,research,and training".关键词
