世界技能大赛参赛选手胜任力模型的构建及其应用路径
The Construction of Competency Model for WorldSkills Competition Competitors and Its Application Path
摘要
Abstract
The competency requirements for participants in the WorldSkills Competition serve as a baton and weathervane for the cultivation and development of skilled talents.Taking the cloud computing project as an example,this paper conducts research and analysis from job requirements,relevant literature,competition documents,and expert interviews to preliminarily establish competency characteristics and compile a survey questionnaire.Further reliability,validity,and principal component analysis are performed on the questionnaire data from WorldSkills competitors and coaches,scientifically establishing 3 dimensions and 18 competency characteristics to construct a competency model.The model provides guidance for its application in competitor selection,targeted competition training,and the cultivation of highly skilled talents.关键词
