Abstract
In the context of contemporary education evaluation reform,third-party evaluation of vocational education has emerged as a pivotal mechanism for quality assurance,talent cultivation and the modernization of education governance.A three-dimensional framework,encompassing the orientation of evaluation goals,the support of system construction,and the leadership of policy design,has been developed to analyze the function of the vocational education third-party evaluation system in the current era.This analysis will further clarify the practical value of constructing a vocational education third-party evaluation system.Through a comprehensive review of the extant literature and an analysis of the status quo,it has been determined that the current third-party evaluation system is subject to certain constraints,including an ambiguity in the definition of the evaluation subject and a lack of uniformity in the evaluation indexes.Consequently,there is an urgent need to establish a scientific and standardized third-party evaluation system for vocational education,drawing on contributions from multiple sources,including industrial enterprises,vocational education experts and third-party evaluation organizations.This approach aims to enhance the comprehensive capability and credibility of the third-party evaluation subject,thereby promoting the high quality and sustainable development of modern vocational education.关键词
