职业院校教师专业发展支持策略研究
Research on the Support Strategies for Teachers'Professional Development in Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Teachers are the first resource for the development of vocational education and the key force to support the national vocational education reform in the new era.The"dual-qualified"teacher standard of vocational colleges is a comprehensive evaluation of teachers'professional development,which has a clear orientation for teachers'professional development,and puts forward qualitative and quantitative standards for teachers from the perspective of teacher ethics,teaching ability,practical innovation ability and social service ability.Vocational colleges can start from the"dual-qualified"teacher standard,and build a teacher professional development support system through strategies such as stimulating teachers'endogenous motivation,improving the training system,building a teacher development platform and optimizing the teacher evaluation mechanism,so as to promote the construction and development of the"dual-qualified"teacher team in vocational education.关键词
