Abstract
Under the influence of global climate change and rapid development of social economy,extreme precipitation and drought events are increasing,which have excerted increasing impact on human society.As the key structural measures for flood control and drought relief,the stability and functionality of water conservancy engineering are directly related to the national economy and people's livelihood.Many water conservancy facilities in China were built in the 1950s and 1960s.Due to the limitations of traditional technology,capital restrictions and long-term operation,the disease and defects occurred repeatedly.In term of these problems,the paper analyzes the common problems of water conservancy engineering and puts forward the reinforcement measures,aiming to provide reference for the safe operation of water conservancy projects and the efficient disaster prevention.关键词
