Abstract
This paper expounds the current development status in the field of Marine engineering and the demand for talents of the port and navigation profession,analyzes the existing problems and challenges in the training of talents of the port and navigation profession,and proposes targeted reform measures and suggestions from the aspects of personnel training objectives,curriculum system construction,practical teaching links,teacher team construction,as well as school-enterprise cooperation mechanism.The development trend of port and shipping professional personnel training in the future is prospected关键词
