摘要

Abstract

Based on the construction of the Digital Twin Yellow River,this paper addresses the current situation and problems of the Yellow River Conservancy Commission's(YRCC)computing power resource construction,and proposes the idea of integrating existing resources,coordinating ongoing construction,and standardizing new construction for computing power resource integration,as well as the computing power layout of"two supercomputers,one multi-computer,and two integrations"for the Digital Twin Yellow River.It designs to enhance basic computing,high-performance computing,artificial intelligence computing,and unified computing power resource management capabilities,and strengthen the construction of supporting systems such as green data centers and disaster recovery backup,providing a reference for the computing power resource planning of the YRCC and other river basins.
