Research Progress of Advanced Welding Technology for Pipe Fittings
摘要
Abstract
Pipe fittings are widely used in aerospace,nuclear power,automobile manufacturing,energy transportation and other fields.With the advancement of related industries,the demands for the welding quality of pipe fittings continue to increase.The limitations of traditional welding technology in terms of efficiency and welding quality are becoming more and more obvious,such as low efficiency of TIG welding and porosity defects of MIG welding.Laser-arc hybrid welding,rotary friction welding,magnetic pulse welding,magnetically controlled arc welding and other advanced welding technologies also have their own advantages and disadvantages.The related research on advanced welding technology of pipe fittings at home and abroad is systematically reviewed,including improved welding process,new welding technology and its process,forming,microstructure and properties.The aim is to provide a valuable reference for enhancing research efforts in the field of advanced pipe fitting welding technology.关键词
