摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of intelligent industry,intelligent technologiesare reconstructing the global manufacturing competition pattern,and the transformation of manufacturing industry to intelligent is an inevitable trend to improve production efficiency and quality and enhance industry competitiveness.As core tubular goods for transporting high pressure oil and gas with large diameter,longitudinal submerged arc welded pipes(SAWL)are suitable for complex environments such as alpine regions,seabed,densely urbanized area and etc.The intelligent technologies upgrading of manufacturing process has become the strategic choice to break through the bottleneck of industry efficiency and achieve quality transition.The entire manufacturing process system of SAWL pipe is considered as the research subject,the significance and implementation pathways of intelligent and digital transformation in the fields of production and quality control are explored.By investigating the frontier progress in the fields of robotics technology,artificial intelligence(AI),big data applications,and information system construction,the trend to promote the transition to intelligent of SAWL pipe industry has been discussed.It is expected to provide reference for realizing the comprehensive intelligent transformation and upgrading of the welded pipe industry.
