矫圆形变比率对JCO焊管电化学腐蚀特性的影响
Effect of Roundness Deformation Ratio on Electrochemical Corrosion Behavior of JCO Welded Pipe

Abstract
In order to do research on the effect of the expanding,reducing and deformation ratio on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of L360 JCO welded pipe,the polarization curve test,AC impedance analysis and orthogonal test were used to study the electrochemical corrosion behavior of L360 JCO welded pipe by taking the sample orientation,the sampling position and the deformation ratio as the influencing factors.The results show that the sample orientation and the sampling position have no significant influence on the self-corrosion potential and the corrosion current density(the range of orientation self-corrosion point is 12.65 mV,and the range of the sampling position current density is 0.155μA/cm²).There is no obvious change in self-etching potential after the expansion and the reduction of the pipe.The corrosion current density increases after the reduction,but the corrosion current density does not increase linearly with the increase of the tube deformation ratio.关键词
