Abstract
To investigate the localized corrosion of 13Cr martensitic stainless steel in the high-temperature and high-pressure CO2 environments in the oil and gas fields,the simulated working conditions and the electrochemical corrosion tests were carried out under a total CO2 pressure of 15 MPa and at the temperatures of 70 °C,100 °C,and 130 °C.The corrosion behaviors were studied by analyzing the corrosion morphology,the product film characteristics,the electrochemical properties,and other methods.The results showed that the slight corrosion occurred under the temperature of 70℃,100℃,130℃partly,pitting corrosion was of moderate degree and the corrosion rate increased along with the rise in temperature.As the temperature increased,the corrosion product film became thicker,thereby resulting in a more pronounced enrichment of chromium.Concurrently,the concentration of Cr(OH)3 diminished while that of Cr2O3 increased.The effectiveness of the oxide protective film gradually declined.The test results of potentio dynamic polarization curves,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and Mott-Schottky curves showed that the increase in the temperature accelerated the corrosion process.关键词
