高温高压气井用油管特殊螺纹接头密封性能研究
Study on Premium Connection Performance for Tubing Used in High Temperature and High Pressure Gas Well

Abstract
In order to improve the sealing performance of threaded connection during completion operations,a systematic investigation into the sealing performance of threaded connection in high temperature and high pressure gas wells has been conducted through failure analysis,finite element simulation,and full-scale testing.It has been observed that the traditional thread is prone to issues such as bonding failures,plastic deformation,and corrosion-induced leakage.These problems are primarily attributed to insufficient design tolerances,stress concentration,and non-uniform contact pressure distribution on the sealing surface.By conducting a comparative analysis of the characteristics of cone-to-cone and ball-to-cone sealing structures,a novel composite sealing structure(combining cone-to-cone and spherical surface features)is proposed.This design integrates the high anti-adhesion properties of the cone structure with the superior sealing stability of the spherical structure.The finite element analysis indicates that the sealing contact area of the new structure remains constant under tensile loading.Additionally,the primary sealing surface is located at a distance from the stress corrosion region,thereby effectively mitigating local plastic deformation.The newly designed gas seal thread satisfies the requirements of Level 4 specified in API RP 5C5:2017 testing,which substantially enhances sealing reliability in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.These research findings provide a theoretical foundation and technical support for the safety design of completion strings in oil and gas wells with high temperature and high pressure.关键词
