Abstract
Aiming at the issues of continuous porosity,slag inclusion,and other defects observed in weld seam of Q355B steel grade Φ1 420 mm×18 mm SAWH pipes during the pre-precise welding,a systematic analysis and discussion regarding the causes of these defects were conducted.The results showed that such defects may arise from the condition and quality of the joint,the quality of the steel strip milling edge,the appearance of the weld,and welding bias.By integrating production experience to improve the manufacturing process and proposing the corresponding solutions,it can effectively reduce the occurrence of welding defects while enhancing the production efficiency and product quality.关键词
