数字化绿色化对煤炭企业新质生产力的协同效应研究
Research on synergistic effect of digitalization and greenization on new quality productivity of coal enterprises
摘要
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the synergistic mechanisms of digitalization and greenization in fostering new quality productive forces in coal enterprises.Based on the data of listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share coal industry from 2010 to 2022,the study verifies the synergistic effect and mechanism of digitalization and greenization on the new quality productivity of coal enterprises from the perspective of total factor productivity.The results show that digitalization and greenization can pro-mote the growth of total factor productivity of coal enterprises and enable the development of new quality productivity of coal enterprises.The mechanism test shows that digitalization and greenization have"in-formation synergy effect","financing synergy effect"and"human capital synergy effect",and have a single threshold effect on the synergistic promotion of total factor productivity of coal enterprises.The het-erogeneity test shows that the synergetic effect of digitalization and greenization on total factor productivity is more effective in the large-scale enterprises,high-tech enterprises,and the enterprises within the high-er local environmental regulations and more intense market competition.关键词
