Abstract
This paper proposes an intelligent fault diagnosis method based on laser 3D scanning tech-nology for developing the accuracy of hydraulic support fault diagnosis in coal mining operations.The study involves acquiring high-resolution 3D point cloud data from hydraulic support surfaces by using a la-ser 3D scanning system,calculating the mean curvature and normal vector of the point cloud data;ex-tracting the characterization information of the hydraulic support,calculating the abnormal scores based on the point cloud data distribution to lock the position and boundary of the abnormal regions,by fitting the gained characteristics and quantitative information of 3D,defining the fault degree,enabling the fault diagnosis.The results demonstrate that the method can effectively determine the degrees of the faults,ef-fectively identify subtle faults with the correct diagnosis rate up to 75%,as which improves the accuracy of hydraulic support fault diagnosis in coal mining operations.关键词
