摘要

Abstract

This paper is intended to investigate the performance of coal chemical secondary effluent treated by electrocatalytic oxidation.The study includes preparing a mesh Ti/TNTs/SnO2 electrocatalytic electrode by the anodic oxidation method,and studying the effects of different factors on the removal rates of COD and TOC by taking coal chemical secondary effluent as the research object.The results indicate that the surface morphology of the electrode is dense without crack,and its electrode acceleration life can reach 107.6 hours.By using this electrode to treat substandard coal chemical secondary effluent,when the distance between the electrodes is set to 10 mm with the current density maintained at 10 mA/cm2,after 4 hours of reaction,the COD and TOC removal rates can reach 81.8%and 64.2%,respectively,and thus,the effluent meets the industrial water standard and the reused water quality requirements by ρCOD≤30 mg/L.
