Research on self-stability and self-regulation of nuclear power units and their frequency effects
摘要
Abstract
This paper is devoted to explore the impact of power grid frequency fluctuation on the pow-er adjustment of nuclear power units.The study works by developing a nuclear power plant model of pres-surized water reactor by PSCAD/EMTDC electromagnetic transient simulation software,and investigating the effect of grid frequency fluctuation on the coolant flow rate and fuel temperature of reactor core by mechanism analysis.The results show that this model verifies the self-stability and self-adjustment of the nuclear power generating units.The decrease of a coolant flow rate caused by the decrease of the power grid frequency induces the rise of fuel temperature of reactor core.It verifies that the nuclear power gen-erating units can cope with the change of 10%of power setting value,and power grid frequency fluctua-tion has limited impact on the integrity of the system.关键词
