基于田口法的内置切向式永磁同步电机设计与优化
Design and optimization of built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor based on taguchi method
摘要
Abstract
This paper aims to address the high torque ripple and poor stability of the motor under harsh working conditions in mining production and designs a 60-pole 72-slot built-in tangential permanent magnet synchronous motor.The study operates by calculating the main dimensions and electromagnetic parameters of the motor with the field-circuit combination method,verifying the feasibility of the design scheme by FEA software simulation analysis,optimizing the multi-targets at the built-in tangential perma-nent magnet synchronous motor based on the taguchi method,calculating the influence degree of each op-timization variable on the optimization targets according to the results of the finite element analysis,and selecting the optimal parameter combination.The results show that the optimized cogging torque is re-duced by 84.46%,from 6.50 kN·m to 1.01 kN·m;and the output torque ripple is reduced by 33.3%,which significantly suppresses the cogging torque and torque ripple.关键词
