Power control strategies of hybrid energy storage systems in frequency regulation ancillary services market
摘要
Abstract
This paper proposes a rolling optimization control strategy based on a model predictive control to improve the revenue from the market serviced by the frequency regulation auxiliary in hybrid energy storage system.The study works by using a trained long-term and short-term memory network model to predict the future frequency regulation command,and establishing a real-time rolling optimiza-tion model with hybrid energy storage for frequency regulation service based on the degradation cost model of hybrid energy storage and the goal of minimizing operating cost,and optimizing the response of hybrid energy storage to the current frequency regulation command.The results show that compared with the bat-tery energy storage system and the traditional power control strategy,the proposed strategy achieves an in-crease of 27.86%and 10.27%in frequency regulation profits,respectively,and improves the techni-cal economy effect of the hybrid energy storage system for the frequency regulation auxiliary services.关键词
