角蝾螺体尺性状对体质量性状的影响效果分析
Effect analysis of Turbo cornutus body size trait on body mass trait

Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of body size newt Turbo cornutus on body mass traits,113 Turbo cornu-tus of the same age were randomly selected to measure their body size shape and quality traits.Descriptive statis-tics,correlation analysis,path analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to explore the effects of six phe-notypes on body mass traits.The results showed that the correlation between traits was extremely significant(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficient between shell height and shell weight was the highest of 0.945.The path analysis results showed that the main factor affecting the wet weight of Turbo cornutus is shell height.The main fac-tor affecting the soft body weight of Turbo cornutus is shell length and shell mouth width,and the path coefficients are 0.769,0.506 and 0.428,respectively.The maximum indirect effect of the wet and soft shell weight is shell width,and the total indirect path coefficients are 1.324 and 1.142,respectively.The maximum indirect effect is shell length,and the total indirect path coefficient is 1.128.Using stepwise regression analysis,the optimal regres-sion equations of the three individual quality traits were established,and the regression coefficients reached a very significant level(P<0.01).The results of this study can provide reference for the breeding of Turbo cornutus.关键词
