济南市雪野湖湿地公园大型底栖动物多样性调查

Abstract
In order to understand the community structure of urban wetland benthos and the status of water ecologi-cal environment,the sampling of benthic animals was investigated and analyzed in Jinan Xueye Lake Wetland Park in September 2020.The results showed that a total of 17 benthic species belonging to 3 phyla,5 classes were col-lected,amonmg which Insecta species accounted for 47.06%of the total species,followed by Gastropoda species ac-counting for 29.41%.The mean values of benthic animals density and biomass were 289.1 ind./m2 and 91.91 g/m2,with ranging from 9.6 ind./m2 to 555.9 ind./m2 and 1.25 g/m2 to 266.08 g/m2,respectively.The mean values of Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index were 1.34 and 0.60,respectively.The analysis re-sults showed that the composition of benthic animal species was dominated by insect class,and the community structure tended to be simplified.The water quality evaluation results of biodiversity index showed that the overall water quality in Xueye Lake was in a state of moderate pollution to light pollution.It was suggested to strengthen the protection of water quality in the wetland of Xueye Kake,revitalize the biological community and improve the biodi-versity.关键词
