Abstract
To explore the feasibility of artificial propagation of Brachymystax lenok in Luobei County,Heilongjiang Province,40 artificially cultivated broodstock of Brachymystax lenok were acquired from the Xilinhe River Salmon Farm of Heibei Forestry Bureau in late April 2022.Artificial propagation experiments were conducted in the hatch-ery facility of the Zhaoxing Town Release Station,Luobei County,from May 3 to July 13.A total of 50 000 fertil-ized eggs were obtained,yielding 44 000 larval fish,with an oxytocin-induced spawning rate of 83%,fertilization rate of 97%,and hatching rate of 88%.A comparative experiment was established between Group A and Group B for juvenile fish rearing.Group A was maintained at 11℃while Group B at 15℃.Group A produced 14 300 juven-ile fish with an average size of 0.4 g and a survival rate of 65%,whereas Group B yielded 18 000 juvenile fish with an average size of 0.8 g and a survival rate of 82%.关键词
