Abstract
To investigate the artificial reproduction efficacy of fully cultured Huso dauricus,an artificial induction trial was conducted on five female fish cultured in the Yalujiang River in May 2024.Under water temperature con-ditions of 16℃to 17℃,all five females successfully spawned.The shortest drug-induced effect time was 18 hours,while the longest was 31 hours,with a difference of 13 hours.The highest fertilization rate was 86%,and the lowest was 10%,resulting in a difference of 76%.The five females collectively produced 1.533 million fertil-ized eggs.The highest hatching rate was 95%,and the lowest was 30%,yielding a total of 848 000 fry.The fertil-ized eggs began hatching after 125 hours.关键词
