辽宁省渔业行政执法现状分析及未来展望
Analysis of the current situation and future prospects of fishery administrative law enforcement in Liaoning Province
摘要
Abstract
Liaoning Province is a major fishing province in China,with rich fishery resources.Located on the coast of the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea,it has a long coastline and vast offshore waters,providing excellent conditions for the habitation of aquatic organisms such as fish.Fishery administrative law enforcement plays a crucial role in ensu-ring the healthy development of Liaoning's fishery industry.It is of great significance to analyze the current situa-tion of fishery administrative law enforcement in Liaoning Province and make a forecast for the future.This will help further standardize fishery activities,as well as identify problems such as poor coordination between local policies and national laws and policies,inadequate coordination between fishery administrative law enforcement agencies and other departments,and uneven standardization and law enforcement levels in fishery administrative cases.Tar-geted improvement measures are proposed to achieve the alignment of laws and local policies,coordinate the powers of various departments in comprehensive law enforcement,promote the standardization of fishery administrative case handling,and ensure that fishery production,operation,etc.are carried out within the framework of legal compli-ance,thus enabling Liaoning's fishery industry to continue to play an important role in economic and ecological di-mensions and make greater contributions to the region's overall development.关键词
