Research on law enforcement related to provincial sea boundary
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of the marine economy and the continuous improvement of maritime law en-forcement regulations,issues related to maritime boundary law enforcement have become increasingly important.This article delves into and addresses theoretical issues and practical challenges in maritime boundary law enforce-ment at the provincial level,particularly the practical challenges between coastal provincial administrative regions in China.The article first emphasizes the diversity of marine resources and their importance to economic and social development.It then systematically analyzes the legislative status and practical challenges in maritime law enforce-ment between Fujian and Zhejiang provinces,starting from legal relationships and actual cases.Specific counter-measures and suggestions are proposed for these issues.The article also provides feasible references and insights for other coastal provinces,aiming to achieve the rational development and protection of marine resources,ensure the legitimate rights and interests of coastal provinces are properly safeguarded,promote the construction of marine power provinces,and contribute to high-quality development and the realization of the marine power strategy.关键词
