Abstract
In recent years,the application of information technology in Marine and fishery management has become increasingly extensive,especially the"Beidou+5G"integration technology provides a new solution to improve the efficiency of Marine and fishery law enforcement.Based on the actual situation,the paper expounds the specific ap-plications of"Beidou+5G"integration technology in law enforcement in prohibited fishing areas,inspection of un-inhabited islands,illegal investigation and punishment of recreational fisheries,and dumping pollution in sea are-as,and discusses its potential and advantages in improving the efficiency of Marine and fishery law enforcement,reducing law enforcement costs,and illegal investigation and collection of evidence.At the same time,the paper also analyzes the challenges faced by the technology in practical application,including data security,legality of technical law enforcement,impact of resource conservation and so on.Finally,the paper puts forward the corre-sponding solution strategies to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the future Marine and fishery law enforcement information construction.关键词
