Abstract

China's forest covers an area of 231 million hectares,with a forest coverage rate of 24.02%.Once a forest fire oc-curs,its strong destructive power and wide destructive range will cause great losses to human society.As an efficient and rapid means to firefighting with forest fires,general aviation rescue has an important position in the establishment of a perfect forest fire rescue system.Therefore,this paper proposes a method of selecting the take-off and landing point for forest fire rescue by general aviation in complex mountain scenarios.Firstly,the Delphi method is used to establish the index system of forest fire general aviation rescue take-off and landing point selection,and then the OWA operator assignment method is used to assign weight values to the above index system,and finally the weighted TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the existing take-off and landing points,from which the optimal take-off and landing points suitable for this forest fire general aviation rescue mission are selected.Finally,the validity of the method is verified by taking a forest fire in Liangshan Prefecture as an example,which provides a theoretical basis and scientif-ic reference for the selection of take-off and landing points for forest fire general aviation rescue.
