Optimization Design of Six Degree of Freedom Parallel Wave Compensation Crane
摘要
Abstract
Taking the design of a parallel wave compensation crane as the background,firstly the principle of workspace solu-tion is derived,and the overall workspace can be obtained by symmetrizing 1/4 of the workspace.Secondly,this paper designs a dy-namic platform and propose a cross-sectional method for single factor simulation,which can more intuitively reflect the variation law of single factor workspace.Finally,single factor and multi factor joint simulation are conducted on the variable parameters.By solving for the growth rate of each factor,the difference in growth rate,and the extreme value of growth rate difference,the optimal solution and design range of the variable parameters are obtained.Finally,the wave compensation crane can meet the fourth level sea state compensation requirements,and has a rational maximum workspace and anti swing ability.The above can provide theoreti-cal support for the optimization design of relevant parameters.关键词
