Abstract
In recent years,with the vigorous development of micro and nano manufacturing processes,terahertz technology has become a research hotspot.However,the lack of stable terahertz devices has become an obstacle to the development of terahertz technology.Graphene is well-known for its unique electrical properties.Specifically,when graphene is subjected to external bias,surface plasmon polaritons are excited,resulting in graphene exhibiting metal like properties.So this paper adjust the frequency of graphene antennas by applying bias voltage to control the conductivity of graphene.This paper designs and simulates a graphene patch antenna that can be integrated into the transceiver through a substrate through hole,and studies the tuning of the resonant fre-quency through simulation.关键词
