Genetic Diversity Evaluation of ISSR Molecular Markers in Artemisia selengensis

Abstract
Artemisia selengensis is a perennial herb with a wide distribution,complex genetic background,and ambiguous systematic classification.The phylogenetic relationships of different populations of Artemisia selengensis should be understood to lay the foundation for genetic improvement.This study used ISSR molecular marker technology to comprehensively analyze 117 germplasm resources of Artemisia selengensis collected from different regions in 9 provinces of China.Using 9 ISSR primers,87 polymorphic loci were detected,with a polymorphism percentage of 98.86%.The average Nei's genetic diversity index(H)between different populations was 0.099 6,and the average Shannon genetic diversity index was 0.152 2.UPGMA cluster analysis grouped the 117 Artemisia selengensis samples into three main clusters at a genetic coefficient of 0.35.Among them,most samples belonged to the second cluster,five samples numbered 41-44 and 110 were classified into the first cluster,and the sample numbered 47 formed the third cluster alone.The different germplasm resources of Artemisia selengensis have close phylogenetic relationships and high genetic similarity indices.关键词
