摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the adverse effects of infliximab in treating Crohn's disease(CD)with duodenum as the site of onset.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of one patient treated with infliximab for Crohn's disease in the Central Hospital of Wuhan and conducted a relevant literature review.Results The patient experienced adverse reactions during the use of infliximab in the form of decreased hemoglobin and platelets,which gradually returned to normal by adjusting the treatment regimen.Conclusion We should early identify possible adverse reactions during the treatment of CD with infliximab,improve the knowledge of colleagues in treating this disease,and provide patients with reasonable treatment programs.关键词
