Practice and reflection on the construction of the"Four Pre"platform in the digital twin Mengwa flood basin

Abstract
The 2024 National Water Conservancy Work Conference proposed to vigorously promote the construction of digital twin flood detention and storage areas.This paper takes the construction of digital twin Mengwa flood basin"four pre"platform as a practice,to study and explore the implementation pathway and methods of the construction of digital twin flood detention basin.The digital twin Mengwa flood basin"four pre"platform is based on high-precision data baseboard,research on flood forecasting,early warning,flood analysis and other technologies,and the construction of the"four pre"functions such as fore-casting,early warning,rehearsal and contingency plans for flood control in the storage and retention area.Technological explo-ration and practice have been carried out in targeted warning based on location services,hydrodynamic flood simulation,and dynamic contingency plan maps,realizing the goals of accurate simulation of flood evolution process in flood detention basin,timed large-scale crowd warning release,and improving the efficiency of relocation and risk avoidance.This provides reference and inspiration for the construction of digital twin flood detention basin.关键词
