糖尿病足患者出院后自我管理清单的构建
Construction of self-management checklist for discharged diabetic foot patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective Based on the information-motivation-behavioral skills model,a scientific and feasible self-manage-ment list for diabetic foot patients after discharge was constructed to provide reference for home management of diabetic foot patients after discharge.Methods Through literature search,theoretical analysis,case review,discussion and analysis of the research group,the draft of the self-management list of diabetic foot patients after discharge was constructed.From April to June 2024,two rounds of correspondence were conducted among 16 endocrinology medical and nursing experts from six provinces,Jiangxi,Guangdong,Hunan,Hubei,Zhejiang and Liaoning,revised and improved the items according to expert opinions and combined with clinical cases and practical experience by Delphi method,and finally established the final self-management list of diabetic foot patients after discharge.Results The expert authority coefficient of the two rounds of correspondence was 0.92,and the positive coefficient was 100％.The importance and feasibility of Kendall'W coordination coefficients were 0.218,0.123 and 0.141,0.119 in 2 rounds,respectively(P＜0.001).Finally,the self-management list of diabetic foot patients after discharge was formed,which included 3 first-level items,17 second-level items and 74 third-level items.Conclusion The self-management list of diabetic foot patients after discharge constructed in this study is scientific,reliable,practical and feasible,and can provide reference for home management of diabetic foot patients after discharge.关键词
