成人危重患者转运质量评价指标的系统分析
Systematic analysis of transport quality evaluation indexes in adult criti-cally ill patients

Abstract
Objective To systematically analyze the evaluation indicators of transport quality in adult critically ill patients,clarify the classification,name and content of the indicators,and provide reference for clinical practice and research.Meth-ods PubMed,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,China Biology Medicine Literature Database and Web of Science were searched from the database establishment to September 5,2024,and the included literatures were summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 8 literatures were included,with a total of 438 e-valuation indicators,of which 136 were structural indicators(31.05％),203 were process indicators(46.35％)and 99 were outcome indicators(22.60％).The top 5 secondary indicators are the equipment of transport personnel,transport materials and equipment,transport communication,transport training and assessment,and transport assessment and preparation.Conclusion The existing evaluation indexes of transport quality of critically ill patients are not perfect,and the name and content of evaluation indexes should be further standardized and improved,and scientific verification and clinical application should be fully considered to ensure its scientificity and feasibility.关键词
