尿毒症血液透析患者个人生活掌控感现状及其影响因素
Status quo and influencing factors of personal mastery in hemodialysis patients with uremia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of personal mastery of uremic hemodialysis patients and the factors influencing it.Methods A total of 210 uremic hemodialysis patients were selected from Yingtan People's Hospital from Jan-uary 2020 to January 2024.General information questionnaire,personal mastery scale,general hospital anxiety and depression scale,and herth hope scale were used to investigate.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors influencing the current status of personal mastery.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statisti-cally significant differences in the sense of control of personal mastery of patients with education level,blood creatinine level and family monthly income(P＜0.05).The patients'sense of control in personal life was negatively correlated with anxiety(r=-0.967,P＜0.001),depression(r=-0.534,P＜0.001),and hope(r=0.986,P＜0.001).The results of multiple linear re-gression analysis showed that education level(B=0.386,t=2.302,P=0.022,95％CI:0.055-0.717)and serum creatinine level(B=0.522,t=2.389,P=0.018,95％CI:0.091-0.952),family income(B=-1.218,t=7.511,P＜0.001.95％CI:-1.538--0.898),depression score(B=-0.351,t=4.234,P＜0.001,95％CI:-0.514--0.187)and hope(B=0.962,t=12.250,P＜0.001,95％CI:0.807-1.116)were risk factors affecting patients'low sense of control over their personal mastery.Conclusion Ure-mic hemodialysis patients have a low level of control over their personal mastery,and short dialysis time,low education,low family income,heavy depression,and low hope are the influencing factors.Healthcare professionals should pay attention to enhance the level of patients'sense of control and promote the recovery of their condition.关键词
