清热化痰汤联合振动排痰仪治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热壅肺证的临床研究
Clinical study on the treatment of phlegm-heat obstructing lung syn-drome of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with vibrating phlegm expectorator

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with vibrating phlegm expec-torator in treating phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods A total of 60 patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome of AECOPD admitted to Pingxiang Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qingre Huatan Decoction,and the experimental group was treated with vibrating phlegm expectorator based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory response,lung function and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results The serum white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive pro-tein(CRP)and percentage of neutrophils(N％)in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the experimental group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of AECOPD patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syn-drome by Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with vibrating phlegm expectorator can help to reduce the inflammatory response of patients,improve the lung function of patients,improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,help to improve the curative effect,and can be widely applied.关键词
