Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture in the treatment of poststroke constipation,and analyze its influence on the psychological state and intestinal flora of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with poststroke con-stipation admitted to Hubei Provincial Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into western medicine group and combined group accord-ing to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with 5 mg Mosapride Citrate,and the combined group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the western medicine group.The efficacy,psychological state and intestinal flora diversity of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the western medicine group,and the defecation interval and defecation time were shorter than those of the western medicine group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in fecal viscosity between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in combined group were lower than those in western medicine group,Chao1 index and Shannon index were higher than those in western medicine group,and Simpson index was lower than that in western medicine group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion Electroacupuncture treatment of poststroke constipation patients can effectively improve the clinical effect,shorten the defecation interval and defecation time,improve the psychological state of patients,and increase the diversity and abundance of intestinal flora.关键词
