下颌前伸矫治器矫治安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)的临床效果
Clinical effect of mandibular advancement appliance in correcting ClassⅡ malocclusion
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of providing mandibular advancement appliance correction for patients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion.Methods Fifty patients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion treated in Department of Orthodontics,Wenzhou Dental Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group(25 cases)and routine group(25 cases)according to computer sampling method.The study group patients were treated with mandibular advancement appliances,while the control group patients were treated with conventional therapy.The sat-isfaction and treatment efficacy between the two groups of patients were compared.Results The satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total ef-fective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were lower than those of the conventional group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).Conclusion Providing mandibular advancement orthodontic treatment for pa-tients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion is effective in improving patient satisfaction,enhancing their quality of life,and alleviating negative emotions.关键词
