超声辅助亚甲蓝示踪在早期乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检中的应用价值
Application value of ultrasound-assisted methylene blue tracing in sen-tinel lymph node biopsy of early breast cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound-assisted methylene blue tracer in sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB)in patients with early breast cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with early breast cancer with negative clinical palpation admitted to Yichun People's Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was injected with methylene blue tracer before SLNB,and the observation group was treated with ultrasound-assisted methylene blue tracer before surgery.The detection rate of sentinel lymph node(SLN),the time of the first SLN detection and the operation time of SLN,and the postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The detection rate of SLN in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The number of SLN detected in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The detection time and operation time of the first SLN in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with early breast cancer,the use of ultra-sound-assisted methylene blue tracing in SLNB can improve the detection rate and number of SLN,shorten the detection time and SLN operation time,and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions is low.关键词
