复方鱼腥草合剂在重症呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿中的疗效分析
Efficacy analysis of Compound Yuxingcao Mixture on children with se-vere respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of Compound Yuxingcao Mixture in the treatment of children with severe respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)pneumonia so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 100 children with severe RSV pneumonia treated in Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with Compound Yuxingcao Mixture on the basis of conventional treatment.The C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-10 and CD4+lymphocyte counts after 1 week of treatment were compared between the two groups,and the heat course,total hospital stay and pediatric intensive care unit(PICU)stay were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of CRP and PCT between the two groups before and after treatment(P＞0.05).The serum levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).However,there was no significant differ-ence in serum IL-6 and IL-10 levels between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the CD4+lympho-cyte counts of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the CD4+lymphocyte count of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The duration of fever and the length of PICU stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total length of hospital stay between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Compound Yuxingcao Mixture is obvious,which can be popularized and applied in the clinical treatment of children with severe RSV pneumonia.关键词
