多模式镇痛在儿童斜视术后疼痛治疗中的临床研究
Clinical study of multimodal analgesia in the treatment of postoperative pain in children with strabismus
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of multimodal analgesia in the treatment of postoperative pain in children with strabismus.Methods A total of 80 children with strabismus treated in the Department of Ophthalmology of Ganzhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group received pre-emptive analgesia with oral Ibuprofen Suspension before surgery,local infiltration injection of low concentration Ropivacaine during the operation,and postoperative multi-mode analgesia treatment with oral Ibupro-fen Suspension combined with analgesia pump,while the control group received conventional analgesia treatment with postoperative analgesia pump.The incidence of intraoperative oculocardiac reflex,postoperative FLACC pain score,postoperative analgesic pump compression times and adverse reactions of nausea and vomiting were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of FLACC pain assessment scale in the experimental group at 2,6,24 and 48 h after opera-tion were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The postoperative analgesic pump compression times in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Multimodal analgesia can relieve pain,reduce the use of opioid analgesics,and reduce complications such as nausea and vomiting in perioperative period of children with strabismus,and can be safely used for postoperative analgesia in children with strabismus.关键词
