Application value of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage in postpartum hypogalactia and its effect on the milk supplement volume of parturients

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese massage in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia.Methods A total of 98 patients with postpartum hypogalactia treated in Ganzhou Women and Child Health Hospital from July 2021 to July 2024 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese massage,and the observation group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 week and followed up until 42 days postpartum.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,lactation volume score and lactation start time of the two groups were compared,and the levels of lactation volume,milk supplement volume,prolactin,progesterone(P),estradiol(E2)and safety before and after treatment were evaluated.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the clinical symptom score was lower than that of control group,the lactation volume score was higher than that of control group,and the lactation start time was shorter than that of control group,lactation volume was higher than control group,milk supplement volume was lower than control group,prolactin was higher than control group,P and E2 levels were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage can significantly improve the clinical effect on postpartum hypogalactiaand has high safety.关键词
