摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Modified Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with Valsartan in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo of phlegm and blood stasis type.Meth-ods A total of 82 cases of hypertensive vertigo patients with phlegm and blood stasis type admitted to Yantai Penglai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Valsartan,and the observation group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Modified Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with Valsartan.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure level,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of dizziness,nausea and vomiting,chest tightness and shortness of breath in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Modified Tongqiao Huoxuxue Decoction combined with Valsartan can effectively reduce the vertigo symptoms of the patients,reduce the blood pressure significantly,and re-duce the adverse reactions,and the therapeutic effect is better.关键词
