文拉法辛联合酸枣仁汤加味治疗抑郁伴失眠的疗效观察
Observation on the curative effect of Venlafaxine combined with Modified Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of depression with insomnia

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Venlafaxine combined with Modified Suanzaoren Decoction on depression with insomnia.Methods Sixty patients with depression and insomnia admitted to the North Hospital of Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Venlafaxine,while the observation group was treated with Venlafaxine combined with Modified Suanzaoren Decoction.The treatment effect,treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and the MOS 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SDS and HAMD scores of observation group were lower than those of control group after treat-ment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significants(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in TESS scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Venlafaxine combined with Modified Suanzaoren Decoction is effective in the treatment of depression accompa-nied by insomnia,which can effectively improve the depressive symptoms,sleep quality and quality of life of patients,and has good safety,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
