Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of BISAP-HDL early warning model combined with nursing out-come classification system in the nursing care of patients with acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 114 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to the Department of Emergency Surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the principle of matching,they were divided into control group and study group,57 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the research group received BISAP-HDL early warning model combined with nursing outcome classification system intervention scheme on the basis of the control group.The clinical indicators recovery time,inflammatory factors,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The gastrointestinal function recovery time,leukocyte recovery time and hos-pital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).Conclusion The BISAP-HDL early warning model combined with nursing outcome classification system has a good effect in the nursing of patients with acute appendicitis,which can improve various clinical indicators of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve patients'self-care ability and quality of life.关键词
