综合性护理模式在脑血管造影及神经介入治疗中的应用效果
Application effect of comprehensive nursing mode in cerebral angiogra-phy and neurointerventional therapy

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing mode in cerebral angiography and neu-rointerventional therapy.Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebrovascular disease treated in the Department of Neurolo-gy,the Nuclear Industry 417 Hospital from October 2023 to April 2024 were selected as research objects,45 patients from October to December 2023 as the control group and 45 patients from January to April 2024 as the observation group.The control group received conventional nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing mode.The nursing effect,nursing satisfaction score,postoperative hemostasis time,postoperative lying time,postoperative hospitalization time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of surgical cognition,diet,limb activity and patient cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The satisfaction scores of preoperative education,psychological guidance,intraoperative monitoring,postoperative observation and service attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The duration of hemostasis,bed rest and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing mode significantly improves treatment outcomes in patients undergoing cerebral angiography and neurointerventional treatment,reduces the incidence of complications,and demonstrates notable practical value and application significance.关键词
