摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that the concentration of saccharomyces cerevisiae reference material prepared in the existing research reports can not meet the demand of aerosol generation during the sampling of plankton sampler,we developed a cerevisiae reference material for the measurement and evaluation of the sampling bioefficiency of plankton sampler.The results showed that the survival rate of yeast in the prepared saccharomyces cerevisiae reference materials reached 81.2±1.4%.The quantitative standard value of this reference material was 8.65×10⁶ CFU/vial,and the relative expanded uncertainty(Urel)was 4.32%(k=2).It had good homogeneity and stability and could be stably stored for 14 days at 4℃ and-20℃,and for 6 months at-80 ℃.In addition,the bioaerosol generated by the saccharomyces cerevisiae reference materials could be collected and maintain its activity,which could meet the requirements for the evaluation of the sampling biological efficiency of the airborne microorganism sampler.
