碳酸氢钾活化壳聚糖制备多级孔生物炭吸附HCl土霉素的试验
Experiment of Preparation of Biochar with Hierarchical Pore Structure from Chitosan Activated by Potassium Bicarbonate for Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride Adsorption

Abstract
[Objective]Oxytetracycline hydrochloride(OTC-HCl),as a broad-spectrum antibiotic,plays an important role in production and social life,and its residues in environment can pose a threat to ecosystems.Adsorption as a simple,stable,and cost-effective technology is regarded as an important method for removing OTC-HCl.However,most adsorbents have problems such as complex synthesis method,small proportion of mesoporous structures,and low adsorption capacity.Therefore,developing adsorbents that are easy to synthesize and have excellent adsorption performance is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.[Methods]In this study,a biochar with hierarchical pore structure was synthesized via pyrolysis of chitosan with potassium bicarbonate(KHCO3)as activator,and used for adsorbing OTC-HCl.[Results]Nitrogen adsorption-desorption analysis showed that KHCO3 could endow biochar with hierarchical pore structure and high specific surface area,and the proportion of mesoporous specific surface area could reach up to 59.7%.Model analysis showed that the pseudo-second-order model and Sips isothermal adsorption model were more consistent with experimental data,indicating the adsorption process was multi-mechanism and multi-layered.According to Sips model,the maximum adsorption capacity was calculated to be 1 290.0 mg/g.The adsorption performance of biochar was less affected by pH changes,different metal ions,and different water matrices,and its adsorption capacity only decreases by 7.5%after 6 uses.The adsorption of OTC-HCl by biochar was mainly controlled by pore filling,and electrostatic interactions and hydrogen bonding were also involved.[Conclusion]Chitosan based biochar exhibits high adsorption capacity,excellent stability,and good environmental tolerance during the adsorption of OTC HCl due to its large specific surface area,rich mesoporous structure,and stable bulk structure.The result of this study can provide important scientific basis for the preparation of biochar activated by KHCO3 and its application in the field of antibiotic pollution remediation.关键词
