Reactive Power Optimization of Distribution Network with Distributed Generation Based on Improved Ant Lion Algorithm

Abstract
This paper presents an improved ant lion algorithm to solve the reactive power optimization problem of distribution network with distributed generation(DG).Based on the original ant lion algorithm,Cubic mapping is added.Using the ergodicity,uniformity and certainty of chaotic search,chaos search is used to optimize the ant lion with poor fitness,improve the fitness of the ant lion,speed up the convergence speed of the algorithm,and reduce the possibility of the algorithm falling into local optimization.At the same time,in the process of ant random walk,dynamic weight coefficient is introduced to improve the randomness and local convergence ability of the population.Matlab software is used to simulate the IEEE33 node distribution system,and the simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the improved algorithm.关键词
