Abstract
Temperature control in the print head is the core technology of thermal transfer.Too high or too low temperature will affect the printing effect to varying degrees,and temperature instability will also affect the service life of the print head.In order to solve the precise control of the temperature of the print head during the printing process of the current slide printer and keep the tem-perature at about 60℃,a print head temperature control system based on the fuzzy PID control algorithm is designed in this paper,and the system modeling and simulation are carried out.The fuzzy PID and the traditional PID are compared,and the anti-interfer-ence ability of the system is tested.Experiments have verified that the design effectively improves the uniformity,stability and cer-tain anti-interference ability of the system temperature control.关键词
